Rich Stolz is a Senior Policy Analyst at the Center
for Community Change, a
national non-profit organization based in Washington, DC committed
to
building grassroots organizations in low-income and minority communities
so
that local residents may impact the policies and conditions that
affect
them. Rich has worked at the Center for Community Change of the
last six
years, where he has specialized in welfare and transportation policy.
He
also staffs a national coalition of community-based and faith-based
organizations called the Transportation Equity Network, which
includes
more
than 300 organizations in more than 30 states.
Rich Stolz is co-author of the report, "Moving
to Equity: Addressing Inequitable Effects of Transportation Policies on Minorities,"
published by The Civil Rights Project and the Center for Community Change on
June 16, 2003.
